services & rates
Our fees are in line with BCACC-recommended rates and are based on a standard 50-minute session. Longer sessions may be beneficial for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), as well as for Couples or Family therapy, and will be billed according to the session length.
Many extended health care providers may reimburse counselling fees. Receipts are provided via email by the end of the business day, which you can submit to your health care provider for reimbursement.
If our fees present a financial barrier, please contact Nicole to discuss availability for a sliding scale.
We are able to direct bill to ICBC, CVAP, and FNHA.
Individual Counselling: $150
Family/Couples Counselling: $180
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours' notice is provided before the scheduled session. This fee is typically 50% of the session fee and is usually not covered by insurance.
If you're unable to attend your in-person appointment, we recommend switching to a virtual session as an alternative to avoid the cancellation fee.
